Week 1 - The Role You Were Given
Understand the identity you inherited, not the one you chose. We’ll look at the roles, expectations, and responsibilities you absorbed early in life and how they shaped your behaviour, decisions, and sense of self.
Week 2 - The Cost of Carrying Everything
Explore the emotional, physical, and mental toll of being the one who holds it all together. This week helps you recognise burnout, suppression, and resentment for what they really are: information.
Week 3 - Meeting the Real You
Reconnect with your authentic identity. We’ll start uncovering your desires, preferences, and inner voice - the parts of you that got buried underneath responsibility and survival.
Week 4 - Relearning How to Make Decisions
Learn how to make aligned decisions without spiralling, overthinking, or looking outside yourself for validation. This is where self-trust starts becoming real.
Week 5 - Boundaries Without Guilt
Build boundaries that honour your energy, your time, and your identity. You’ll learn how to recognise your limits, communicate them clearly, and stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.
Week 6 - Rewriting the Inner Narrative
Shift the beliefs and internal stories that keep you small. We’ll work with guilt, perfectionism, self-doubt, and the voice in your head that’s still trying to keep you in old roles.
Week 7 - Living As Your True Self
Move beyond awareness and into embodiment. This week is about expressing yourself more honestly, showing up differently in daily life, and building habits that reflect the woman you’re becoming.
Week 8 - Integration: The Woman You Are Becoming
Bring everything together and anchor the transformation. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are, what you no longer tolerate, and how to keep honouring yourself moving forward.

Throughout the program, we use Human Design as a tool to help you understand your natural decision-making, energy, patterns, and conditioning - so you can stop forcing what doesn’t fit and start working with yourself instead of against yourself.

What if I can’t make the live sessions?
That’s okay. Replays will be provided so you can catch up in your own time and still get the full value of the program.
How much time do I need each week?
This is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. You’ll want time for the live sessions, reflection, and integration, but the focus is on sustainable change rather than overwhelm. If you want a number, I'd recommend 2-3 hours per week.
Do I need to know anything about Human Design?
No. You don’t need any prior knowledge. Everything will be explained in a simple, practical way so you can actually use it in your real life.
Is this only for high-achieving eldest daughters?
No. If you resonate with being over-responsible, burnt out, stuck in people-pleasing mode or feel disconnected from yourself, you’re welcome here.
What if I’m shy or don’t want to speak?
You don’t have to share more than you feel comfortable with. If you have questions but don't feel comfortable asking them, you can ask them anonymously.
Will this actually help me change my life?
This program will give you the tools, structure, support, and perspective to create real change. But the shift comes from applying what you learn. I’ll guide you, but I can’t do the work for you.
What if I’m already in therapy?
This program can complement personal therapy, but it does not replace therapeutic or clinical support. It’s a coaching space focused on identity, self-trust, boundaries, and integration.
What if I feel guilty investing in myself?
That feeling makes sense when you’ve spent years putting everyone else first. But you are your biggest asset, and choosing yourself is not selfish - it’s necessary.
What if I’m scared to make changes?
That’s normal. Change can feel uncomfortable because it asks you to move differently than you always have. Fear doesn’t mean you’re not ready. It usually means something important is shifting.
How long do I have access to replays?
